The following photos chronicle the construction of  our building on Lower Harbor Road in  Harbor, OR, fondly known as "Tsunami Heights."  Trinidad, CA, designer Clay Johnson fit the two-story 1000 sq ft triangular building on our tiny lot bordering the Port of Brookings-Harbor.  Winzler & Kelly (now GHD) structural engineer Steven Peacock (Ret.) did the engineering.  Construction began on August 1, 2006, and was completed on August 29, 2007.  The office features an open "designer-concrete" ground floor and a handicap bathroom, a carpeted second story with a second bathroom, shower, mini-kitchen, and stay-over facilities for staff.
